On site facilities at Come By Chance take a back seat to no one. Our central lodge is equipped with a laundromat, public washroom, and public showers. Our fish cleaning houses are lighted, screened in for summer use and heated for winter.

Mama Bears Mercantile is HERE!!! Opening in late May it will offer you many convenience items, bait, and gifts. The mercantile will also provide a new centrally located resort office for easy check-ins and outs. On site facilities also include two fully equipped fish cleaning houses which are heated for winter use. Freezer service and ice are available to keep your catch fresh. The resort also sells fishing and hunting licenses as well as live bait. Nestled in the middle of the property you will find a beautiful 50 ft. heated salt water swimming pool with wrap deck and plenty of space to bask in the sun. Spacious playground and volleyball court awaits you when it’s time to burn up some energy!
